Digital Products

All products sold by Sew Vintagely are digital sewing patterns delivered electronically.

Due to the nature of digital downloads:

• All sales are final

• We do not offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once a purchase is completed

• Files cannot be “returned” once accessed or downloaded

Exceptions & Support

Your satisfaction is important to us. While we do not offer refunds, we are happy to assist if you experience any issues with your purchase.

Please contact us if:

• You have trouble downloading your files

• Your files appear corrupted or incomplete

• You did not receive your download link

We will ensure you receive a working copy of your pattern.

Accidental Purchases

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Accidental purchases

• Purchasing the same item more than once

• Not reading the product description before purchase

Please review all product details carefully before completing your order.

Unauthorized Use

Because digital products can be duplicated, we cannot provide refunds in cases where files have already been delivered.
