Sew Vintagely ships worldwide via USPS from Fair Oaks, California, USA. 

Orders are generally shipped within 3 business days of receipt of payment.

Tracking numbers are provided for most packages sent within the U.S. 

Tracking numbers are provided for packages sent outside the U.S. only if shipped via priority mail. Tracking numbers are not provided for packages shipped via international first class.

Sew Vintagely is not responsible for shipping delays or lost packages. Please contact me if your package is delayed or lost and I will be happy to help you find it or arrange for a replacement.

 

Returns

Fabric, ribbon, lace and other yardage

I hope the fabric or other yardage you receive makes you super happy! If I made a mistake with your order, please contact me and I will fix it right away.

All sales of cut yardage are final. Requests for refunds or exchanges of cut yardage are not accepted.

I do my very best to show you products as accurately as possible and to ensure that the color you see on your screen is the color that you’ll see when you open your package. However, due to the variances in computer monitors and mobile devices, I can’t guarantee that the color online will match exactly to the fabric or other item you receive. 

You can request a swatch of any in-stock fabric free of charge so you can make sure the color and texture are exactly what you want.

Fabric care instructions are provided with your order when they are available from the manufacturer. Please follow the manufacturer’s care instructions, as I am unable to accept returns for fabric that has been damaged by improper washing/drying.

 

All other items

If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact me and I will make it right.

If you changed your mind, I am happy to accept returns of unused items for a refund or exchange, excluding shipping costs.
