Betty Dress

Out of stock

The Betty Dress is quintessential 1950s style.  The Betty Dress has a fitted bodice and full circle skirt that can be worn with or without a petticoat. Make the Coco Jacket to go with it for the ultimate cocktail or wedding guest outfit.

One of the most popular dress patterns by Sew Over It, a company based in London, the project of Lisa Comfort who is a blogger, author and fellow sewing enthusiast who loves vintage style and is passionate about teaching people to sew.

The Betty Dress works with a variety of fabrics including light to medium weigh cottons, cotton law, rayon, crepe and lightweight wool. Not suitable for strong one-way directional prints.

Sizes 8 – 20 included.

We recommend that you sew a size based on your high bust measurement. Take your high bust measurement and find that measurement on the bust measurement row of the body measurement chart on the pattern.
