Expanded Size Range!
We need pattern testers for sizes 20 - 30
We have expanded the size range of Lady Katherine, a Regency era gown based on an extant original. If you’re interested in testing, please send an email to: sherrie@sewvintagely.com
Testers will receive a free copy of the printed pattern and instructions.
Requirements to be a pattern tester:
- Provide a valid email address
- Join the Facebook group
- Complete the pattern within the requested time frame
- Complete the feedback form when finished
- Provide photos of you wearing the finished dress
You would choose your size for this pattern using your underbust measurement:
Size 20 – 42″ (106.68cm)
Size 22 – 44″ (111.76cm)
Size 24 – 46″ (116.84cm)
Size 24 – 48″ (121.92cm)
Size 28 – 50″ (127cm)
Size 30 – 52″ (132.08cm)

Apparently I am between a 20 and a 22 but I’m very pear shaped. (For example, the Truly Victorian corset pattern I’m sewing jumps from 30 at the bust, to 34 at the waist, to 40 at the hips.)
