Nothing says 1970s like rickrack – and it’s making a comeback! There are so many creative projects you can make with this nostalgic trim. These coasters are so easy to make. Cut two 5″ squares of cotton quilting fabric for each coaster. Iron on a lightweight interfacing to the back of each square. Use Wonder Tape to place the rickrack around the edge of one of the squares. Sew two squares right sides together, leaving a 2″ opening to turn right side out. Press and topstitch. And voila!
